تعتبر عشبة الميرمية من الاعشاب الفلسطينية المشهورة واسمها العلمي سالفيا أوفيسيناليس (Salvia officinalis) و التي تتميز بنكهتها العطرية، و التي تضاف عادة الى الشاي الفلسطيني ويمكن ان يشرب منقوها منفردا، تحتوي على مضادات اكسدة تدعم صحة الانسان، قد تخفف مستويات السكر في الدم و قد تدعم صحة الدماغ، وقد تساعد في حالات المغص. 
The herb sage is a well-known Palestinian herb, scientifically named Salvia officinalis, renowned for its aromatic flavor. It is commonly added to Palestinian tea, but can also be enjoyed on its own as an infusion. Sage contains antioxidants that support human health, may lower blood sugar levels, support brain health, and help with colic.
