يعتبر خليط الزعتر الفلسطيني من الاطباق الاصيلة، والتي يتم فيها طحن اوراق الزعتر بعد تجفيفها، و يضاف لها السمسم المحمص و بعض التوابل لتكسبها نكهة مميزة.
The Palestinian za'atar blend is considered an authentic dish, where thyme leaves are ground after drying, then mixed with roasted sesame seeds and some spices to give it a distinctive flavor.
